Since 2012, i3 Commerce Technology has been partnered with the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, Middle Tennessee’s largest nonprofit business federation that is dedicated to creating economic prosperity through community leadership. Hundreds of Nashville Area Chamber members have taken advantage of our exclusive member benefit program and have improved their business’s profitability along the way.

In a question and answer session with the Vice President of Member Value at the Nashville Area Chamber, Olivia Leow, we learn why the partnership has been so successful for the past six years.

Q: How does i3 Commerce Technology help your members?

A: We are always looking for ways to increase the value of our Chamber membership, and i3 Commerce Technology has proven that this partnership is a good one. i3 Commerce Technology saves our members valuable time and up to 40% on their payment processing fees. They also deliver top-notch customer service to every member they work with.

Q: What makes i3 Commerce Technology and the Chamber’s partnership so great?

A: i3 Commerce Technology Advisor, Matt Valego, makes our partnership thrive, and we love having a dedicated point of contact who understands our organization so well.  He’s been with us since the beginning of our partnership with i3 Commerce Technology, and he is constantly working to make sure our partnership continues to grow and succeed.  Fun fact: Matt even has his own desk in our office, so he can work here whenever he wants. We treat him like one of our own.

Q: Do you have any specific examples of times when i3 Commerce Technology went above and beyond?

A: It is important for us to show value to our new members as quickly as possible. i3 Commerce Technology does a really great job of making sure our new members are informed about the exclusive member program and that they are taking advantage of it. Matt goes above and beyond by attending nearly every New Member Orientation – putting a face to his name. The Chamber knows the benefits from being an i3 Commerce Technology customer because we save thousands of dollars through the program as well.

Q: What is your favorite part about working with i3 Commerce Technology?

A: Matt Valego! Seriously, we love Matt and completely trust him to take good care of our Chamber members. He attends many of our events to ensure that he builds relationships with our members and if any issues arise, Matt handles it quickly and professionally.

Over the last six years, i3 Commerce Technology continues to help the Nashville Area Chamber, its members, and the community itself. The success of the program continues to grow, and it doesn’t look like it is going to slow down any time soon.
