After spending nearly 12 years in the Cincinnati suburb of Sharonville – a place we’ve called home from day one – we’ve decided to uproot and migrate to the City of Blue Ash, an economic powerhouse in the Cincinnati area.
Purchasing a larger space in Blue Ash, which is the Cincinnati region’s second-largest employer, will fuel our long-term growth strategy. From the time we were founded in 2005, our company has grown 30% year over year and – since merging with i3 Verticals, LLC in August 2015 – that momentum has only intensified.
With our future growth plans, additional brain power at our fingertips means we can develop the best technologies for our merchants and stay ahead in the ever-changing world of payment processing.
On the heels of our best month in i3 Merchant Solutions history – both in terms of revenue and merchant engagement – we’re on track to have our most successful year yet. We’ve processed $3 billion in credit card volume in the last year, which is an all-time high. In fact, Mastercard, a leading global payments and technology company, is leaning on us to expand credit card acceptance in the B2B, construction and freight and logistics industries.
This growth and success is what we anticipated and deliberately intended for when we decided to merge with i3 Verticals LLC. So it makes sense for us to expand our resource network and re-locate to a part of town with a thriving business climate.
