Forte Fees Notice
Forte Service Fees
Starting August 1, 2022, Forte fees will be assessed based on usage of applicable services. Please expect to see these fees reflects on your August statement.

| ACH Chargeback | $25.00/instance | This refers to a client’s posted transaction which is successfully disputed by the customer and must be returned to the customer’s bank account. |

| Bank Change Fee | $35.00/instance | Waived with proper documentation |
| ACH 0 day funding | 0.60%/sales volume | Special approval required and may not be available to all merchants. |
| ACH 1 day funding | 0.40%/sales volume | Special approval required and may not be available to all merchants. |
| ACH 2 day funding | 0.20%/sales volume | Special approval required and may not be available to all merchants. |
| Large Ticket ACH Fee | 0.20%/sales volume | As pre-determined by CSG Forte |
| Elevated Risk Discount Fee Minimum | 0.15%/sales volume | As pre-determined by CSG Forte |
| Forte Validate+/Verify Per Transaction | $0.40/transaction | Forte Validate+/Verify is a service that provides additional verification of an EFT account number. |
| Forte Validate+/Verify Monthly | $15.00/month | Forte Validate+/Verify is a service that provides additional verification of an EFT account number. |
| Forte Validate Per Transaction | $0.25/transaction | Forte Validate is a positive verification service that allows a merchant to verify an account’s status real-time and is updated daily. |
| Forte Validate Monthly | $5.00/month | Forte Validate is a positive verification service that allows a merchant to verify an account’s status real-time and is updated daily. |
